Représenter, valoriser et défendre les écoles de cirque de la FWB sur un plan national et international
La création d’événements fédérateurs pour favoriser l’échange entre élèves et animateurs de structures différentes.
Un partage constant de l’information via nos différents outils de communication.

FORMATION DES ANIMATEURS.ICES EN ARTS DU CIRQUE – ACCESSIBLE DES 16 ANS

« Pinpon », animatrice à l’école de Cirque Ball’Istik a suivi la FAAC en 2018-2019. Elle nous confie son témoignage :
J’ai suivi la FAAC en 2018-2019. Nous étions 8 pour cette première édition, nous avions tous un lien direct avec le cirque et/ou l’animation.
La mise en lien direct entre la pratique, l’expérimentation des différentes techniques de cirque et les théories d’apprentissage permet de progresser et de comprendre rapidement les enjeux et l’importance de la cohérence entre la théorie, la pratique et la transmission.
La FAAC m’a apporté des outils et de l’éclaircissement nécessaire pour la construction logique d’une séance d’animation et aussi pour l’organisation d’un stage. Je pense qu’avoir un bagage en techniques de cirque est important pour aborder la FAAC. Sa durée ne permet pas d’apprendre la technique. Il me semble important de savoir pratiquer un minimum pour pouvoir transmettre. Cette formation m’a permis de prendre du recul, de repenser ma façon d’aborder l’animation en art du cirque. Elle m’a donné le temps pour des échanges et des mises en commun autour de la pratique. Ces échanges ont parfois abouti à la construction de nouveaux outils d’animation.
L’organisation de la formation dans différents lieux et la diversité des formateurs m’ont permis de créer un réseau de ressources.

Nos formations sont ouvertes non seulement à nos membres, mais également à toute personne intéressée par le thème.
Elles restent toutefois spécifiquement orientées vers les arts du cirque.
